Around the end of 2019, and the beginning of 2020, Mclaren released their all new Mclaren GT. This car was meant to be the daily drivable Mclaren. It offered a number of different luxurious, all while still being a powerful car. Although the Mclaren GT is a powerful car, it is not the fastest car in the McLaren lineup, but besides this point, Ferrari is trying to defeat them.

Over the past year, McLaren has sold a number of brand new GT. As the naame represents, it is a grand tourer. In the time before then, Ferrari had been ultimately dominating the luxury, daily drivable supercar, with Lamborghini not even deciding to make one. Ferrari has made a number of vehicles that fit into the category of daily drivable cars including the Ferrari FF, the GTC4Lusso, the F12 Berlinetta, the F12 TDF, and the Ferrari GTC4Lusso V8 edition. So, Ferrari has made a number of sales off of these cars, and well, McLaren decided they wanted a piece of all the action.
Ferraris ultimate daily drivers are what made the brand better. More people order these cars because of their usability, so naturally, McLaren wanted more sales releasing their first ever GT car. All automakers are competing with each other, and worried, Ferrari has decided to make their sixth daily drivable supercar, named the Roma.
Now you may be thinking, why would Ferrari be worried if they already have five models dedicated to daily driving? The answer: technology. Ferrari technology is their cars have stayed the same for a number of years now, so with McLaren bringing new technology to the industry with the same class vehicle, means even more competition.

Right now, the Roma is still being finalized, and is supposed to be released late this year, or beginning of next year. It is a supposed game changer bringing all sorts of new technology. The car is also more driver based and user friendly, using many touch screens throughout the car’s interior. The Roma is equipped with four seats, two more than the GT, a twin turbocharged V8 engine that is said to produce 611hp, and a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds. It is safe to say the Roma will be a hit, but now its only a matter of time before it is released.
