The Ferrari 488 Pista is a limited production car that was modeled after the Ferrari 488. It is basically a much stronger version of the original Ferrari 488. This car comes with a very powerful V8 engine that produces 711hp and a 0-60 time of 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 211mph. There were only 3,500 units built, each selling at around $330,000, but could easily go up to $410,000 with all the different options you can choose from.
The Ferrari 488 Pista was designed to be a track car that was barely street legal. The interior consists of 2 bucket seats (seats that slope inwards so that if you do a fast turn, it holds you in place) and a lot of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber was a main element to making the car as light as possible. Almost everything in the interior is made of it including the floor, the dashboard, and the sides of the seats.
The aerodynamics of this car are unheard of and unlike any other car. In the front of the car it looks like there is a giant sloping hole. Well in fact, Ferrari did purposely leave a giant hole in the middle of the hood to increase airflow. Air resistance is strongly despised, especially when trying to race because it results in a slower time. The way the sloped hole in the middle of the hood works is that the air would go into the bottom of the hole, and then get redirected to go right over the car instead of at the car. This in turn results with a smoother and faster ride.
The Ferrari 488 Pista was developed in 2018 and due to its rarity, has almost doubled in price in just 2 years. Today you can buy this amazing car for $520,000. This car will surely continue to go up in value, so if you have the money for it, it’s best you buy it before it is way too expensive.

Hey Alex, I’m a car enthusiast myself. Great review! Can you perhaps write a review on the Maserati Ghibli? Your thoughts would be very much appreciated. Best!
Yes, I will post a blog about the Maserati Ghibli within the next 2-3 days. Thanks for reading my blog!
