The Koenigsegg Jesko is a truly insane car. It features new technologies never seen before, and has insane performance. It is also the last fully gas car Koenigsegg will ever make. It features a strong twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 1,603hp, a 0-60 time of 2.5 seconds, with a top speed of 300mph. If these numbers do not impress you, then I don’t know what will.

The Koengisegg Jesko is Koenigsegg’s third megacar because it uses about one megawatt of energy to use. This car was named after Christian Koenigseggs father, Jesko Koenigsegg, and will be Koenigseggs fastest car. No further plans are intended for a faster car, instead, Koenigsegg claims that it will be working on practicality and luxury, like in their recently released Gamera.
All the technology and development that went into this car set it apart from most other cars. The roof can be taken off and stored in the front bumper to make it into a roadster. Also, the rear spoiler moves. The spoiler in the back will pitch forward every time you brake to add more drag to slow you down more efficiently. Most impressively, is the touchscreens located on the actual steering wheel. THere are no buttons on the steering wheel, just screens and in the name of pure track performance your speed is displayed right side up no matter what the position of the wheel is.

Although this is all based on track performance, it still focuses on luxury in a sense. The doors, front hood, and the engine hood, all open automatically from the key fob. This is in my opinion the most impressive thing because the amount of robotics and engineering that it takes to make this possible did not affect the performance or the top speed of the car.
The Koenigsegg Jesko is a really interesting car. It is highly exclusive with only 125 units being made world wide, and a high price of just under $3M. It is a car well worth the price and will certainly set new boundaries and expectations for Koenigsegg.
