The Lamborghini Reventon is the Reason for Greater Lamborghinis

The Lamborghini Reventon is a highly exclusive and limited production car. Only 21 units were ever made since its production in 2007. The Reventon has a powerful V12 engine that produces 650hp, a 0-60 time of 3.2 seconds, with a top speed of 215mph. This vehicle in some peoples opinion was the breeding ground for other great Lamborghinis.

It has been commonly misconstrued that the Lamborghini Reventon to just be a stronger version of the famous Murcialago, but this is wrong. It does share a lot of design features and body looks, but its aerodynamics is beyond any of that of a Murcialago. It is one of the first few cars to ever introduce such jagged edges, making it look very aggressive. It is also believed that the Reventon is what inspired Lamborghini to make the Veneno.

Also, the Reventon is one of the few cars of its time to use LED headlights. Reasons for this is that at high speeds or on hot days, any other light would actually fully melt or burn. The Carbon Fiber on the wheels and body panels also help with the flow of air to go over the car and reduce drag. Carbon Fiber is useful because it is superlight weight.

With the Murcielago and the Reventon, you may not notice, but the seats are not fully straight forward. They are angled to the side. The funny reason for this is that the engine’s transmission was so large and powerful, that they could not actually fit the seats in without changing the position of the seats.

In the end, the Reventon is a pretty impressive car. It is one of the most desired cars of any collector and is ultimately what made Lamborghini wha it is today.
